How seats work
A seat is a user who can sign in and use your workspace. Page limits are per workspace; seats determine how many people can access that workspace and, on Pro and Business plans, how many additional pages you get when you add seats.
Per-seat pricing:
- Starter: $19/seat (1 seat included).
- Pro: $22/seat for additional seats (+600 pages/month per seat).
- Business: $25/seat for additional seats (+1,000 pages/month per seat).
- Free & Starter:1 seat included. One user per workspace.
- Pro:3 seats included (2,000 pages/month total). You can add up to 2 more seats; each additional seat adds 600 pages/month. Billed per seat.
- Business:10 seats included (10,000 pages/month total). You can add more seats; each additional seat adds 1,000 pages/month. Billed per seat.
